Moonsun Jung, since being called to the National Patent Bar, has been representing various high profile multinational corporations for trademark and design affairs.

While working as a trademark and design patent attorney at Yuliahn Patent Law Firm and Eruumleeon Patent Law Firm, Moonsun was responsible for drafting Office Action responses, trial and appeal procedures, cancellation proceedings, and highly time sensitive clearance search projects on a global scale especially for Samsung Electronics, Korea’s mega electronics company.

Mr. Jung earned his Bachelor of Law degree at Korea University and is currently a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association.
